These condos lack anything. In addition to the amazing finishes, they have parking, the spa, a swimming pool, a sky bar, a gym, a fire pit, a jacuzzi, and the beach on a  10-minute drive. But like all good things (especially if it’s new), they will take a while. Much less than you imagine because when you get involved in such an exciting project, time flies. So don’t worry and enjoy the trip, nothing is missing.
