Uptown is a mixed-use tower on Calle Uruguay, Panama City’s main hotel, dining and nightlife strip, a short walk from Avenida Balboa, the Cinta Costera and the financial district.
The building works like a small vertical neighborhood. The lower floors hold shops, restaurants, a wellness club and spa, a boutique theater and a coworking space. The middle and upper floors are dedicated to residences, with a chef’s kitchen, gym and social areas partway up, and a rooftop with an infinity pool, bar and jacuzzi reserved for residents.
All units are Condo Suites delivered fully furnished, licensed for short-term rental and backed by professional on-site management. The one-bedroom, one-bathroom suites range from 35 to 70 m². Larger one-bedroom units with two bathrooms run from 86 to 103 m². At the top of the range are the two-bedroom, three-bathroom lockout residences of 131 and 134 m², which can be rented as two separate apartments for two income streams.
